Far nicer than a $30 folder has any business being. This is an amazing knife for the money. I have gone through two of them so far. I own Emerson, benchmade, Zero Tolerance, and a bunch of other brands. The RAT 1 is usually what I carry. It isn’t superior to those knives, but I also can’t replace those for 30 bucks.The steel is great. It is quite corrosion resistant, takes a very nice edge, sharpens without much hassle, and stays sharp for way longer than a semi-stainless should. Best folding knife under $30.00!! Wow- this Ontario folder is AMAZING!! This is my first Ontario knife purchase, buy it certainly won’t be the last. Out of the box the blade was razor sharp. The lockup is tight – no side to side movement. The release is dead center on the blade. The jimping feels nice. I have large hands, but the knife fits perfectly in my meaty claws. Quality + Price = 5 Stars This is definitely my favorite all around pocket knife. Low cost is what gives it 5 stars in my opinion. This by no means is the best knife I have ever used, but it is the most used.
