Broke in Less Than a Month!! 🙁 Purchased for my Mom for Christmas and it has already stopped working! I cannot believe it! I will be trying to get it replaced. We will see what happens.

Nothing but heartache! I really hate writing this review because the machine is awesome. Itâs small, fits nicely on the counter, quiet, and makes perfect ice. Until it doesnât. After only six weeks of use, it stopped making ice. We contacted Opal customer service via email and waited a week for a reply. After several emails back and forth to diagnose the problem, we were told the machine needed to be defrosted and given steps to follow. We ran through the defrost and cleaning cycle 8-10 times.
