This is not a bad thing by any means I bought these for my husband as a gift. He loves them and they are VERY sharp! He fully loves them but DID mention that they were SO sharp that is almost was a little more difficult to dress the deer because he had to be extra careful how he was cutting-not wanting to cut too deep in certain areas. This is not a bad thing by any means, he just had to adjust his cutting technique since the knives he had used before needed a little more pressure when cutting. He was very excited to have them. I…
Great little set especially for small game. This is a nice inexpensive butchering kit that I find especially useful for smaller game and birds, although I think it would work just as well on larger game such as deer if need be without any issues. The knives are very sharp out of the box and there is an included sharpener which is nice.
