Five Stars This set of knives is great. All came very sharp and have stayed sharp after multiple uses.

Knives aren’t super sharp right out of the box Knives aren’t super sharp right out of the box, but using the included sharpener they become nearly razor sharp. my only complaints are that the instructions direct you to pass the knives through the sharpener in an awkward fashion. The first time I used it this way it made me quite nervous. I am now used to it however, but sometimes it still makes me nervous based on how sharp these knives come out of the sharpener. Also the bone saw wasn’t as sharp as I’d like it to be.

Great kit. It’s overkill, but for the cost of the gutting knife and the bone saw which is about all you need, you can have the whole kit, which gives you a pair of extra blades that are clean or if one gets dull. This fits in a ruck sack and the kit keeps it all together until you need it. Just picked up a second one of these for my son to start using as well.
