I used this on a winter campout in the sleeting … I used this on a winter campout in the sleeting rain and snow and it worked well. I would have preferred a little room between my face and the bag. Otherwise I stayed dry and warm.

Great lightweight shelter I have used this on long distance multi-week hikes instead of a tent. This is a great lightweight shelter. It can be used by itself without a sleeping bag down to around 45d or so. It is waterproof. It is also bug proof.

Amazing Bivy Weighs 21.5 oz with bag. Bug screen works well on hot nights when you need the bivy fully ventilated, while also keeping critters off of you while you sleep. Glow in the dark, double zipper pulls. Fully waterproof from any weather coming from outside and the ground, does exactly what its intended. I slept in a snowstorm on top of about 1.5 feet of snow, the snowstorm then turned to a rainstorm in the middle of the night and melted most of the snow, which resulted in me laying in this on top of…
