accuracy When buying compass, I am very concern the accuracy. I have a good compass which I know it is very accuracy, and I always use it as a basic for other compasses to compare with. This compass is pointing to the same direction as the basic compass I have. I also compare it with the compass on my phone, and they are pointing to the same direction. Survival I purchased this for my husband who loves survival items. This will go in his christmas stocking. It is light weight and small which is always good when you dont have a lot of space in a backpack and cant carry alot of weight. It seems to be made from heavy duty material so it can with stand some use. Waterproof is a great thing also. My husband is going to love it.

Looking at it on Amazon I really thought it was going to be a less expensive , smaller kids toy that a boy could wear around his neck for a fun backyard adventure.
