Nice thick pad for larger framed (more hugable) people. Received my long-wide insulated pad during pre-release. Much larger and thicker than my klymit insulated static V. At 6’1″ 235lbs I could not feel the floor while testing it in the house (hardwood floor) like I did with the static V when rolling to my side.

The perfect sleeping pad for me. This is an initial impressions. I got the long wide insulated pad yesterday and got around to taking a look at it today. I weighed it with the bag and it was about 29oz. A little heavier than stated but I’m ok with it. The inside of the bag has a rubbery coating which I guess gives it more durability when using it as a pump sack. Might add to the waterproofness too. The sack is pretty big and looks like it might fit my aerie 20degree bag. **UPDATE: the bag was big enough to fit the pad, my…
