Turns out it’s just as awesome. The straps I got were the Rallt Hammock … Bought it because I didn’t want to spend a crazy amount on an ENO, but I was hesitant about the quality. Turns out it’s just as awesome. The straps I got were the Rallt Hammock Tree Straps (sold by The Ultralight). The pouch that the hammock turns into is bigger than what I expected but it works out because I store the straps inside with it so I only have to carry around one pouch. 🙂
I love reading and just being outside on a beautiful day … I have ALWAYS wanted a hammock. I love reading and just being outside on a beautiful day so I thought they were the coolest thing. Now that we have a house with a lot of shade and beautiful trees to look at, I insisted that this would be my year to get one. However, the price can be a little overwhelming when looking at most hammocks, especially if you aren’t sure how often you will really get to use it.Â
Great hammock, cheap rope. Used it 3-4 times now and have been really impressed with the quality. I have also used a bear butt and ENO hammocks and I can’t tell a difference other than price, the ENO may be a bit tougher but more than twice the price. I have no doubt this one will hold up for a long time. I would recommend the double size if you are a bigger person as it still seems a bit tight for two adults, though I have napped with my 5 year old and 2 week old daughters at the same time in it and I am 6’5″…
