Good product for the money spent Nice product to hold a large cup or bottle on your bike. Won’t hold very small bottles of water well (think .5 L bottle vs. 1 L bottle). The holder and bracket are made of what appears to be a pretty sturdy hard plastic. For all biking purposes, it should hold up well over time. Installation is a breeze and can be completed with a couple of turns of the mechanism and then pushing down on the bracket to tighten. It’s a breeze! Good product for the money.
We bought two and like them both I purchased two of these and they seem like a great fit for most bicycles. Be careful if you are purchasing it for a children’s bike and check to see if you have enough clearance. My daughter’s bike has a fat frame and I had to put this on the front of the bike above the tire and below the handlebar to fit it (and it just barely fit). This is not an issue with the manufacturing of the product, but my own error and just a precaution. The item itself functions well and is reasonably priced.
Yes, it holds a 90mm bottle. This review is only for the bottle rack with a 90mm stainless steel bottle in it. I did not evaluate the clamp or using smaller bottles in it.I bought this bottle holder in the hope that it would hold a 90mm stainless steel bottle. There doesn’t seem to be very many alternatives.The product description seemed to indicate that it would work, so I took a chance.When I opened the package I was sureI had made a mistake. I thought there was no way that a 90mm bottle would fit…
