This is great for someone who doesn’t have the need for too … This is great for someone who doesn’t have the need for too many options, basic defense, or want’s a few techniques to go with their defensive training. I’d suggest getting the first DVD if you have no training, but I’ve seen both and the first video had little information I needed. I got this video for reference purposes, as I train and teach other styles. I like James Williams designs, and he’s a great martial artist with realistic views.
