Great starter set As mentioned the item is packaged differently from the product photos, but I received the length promised and the designs shown on the product page for the DARK colorway from the seller, Built for Survival. The ends of the paracord came singed but I cut one open to confirm it is indeed 7-strand, 550 cord. The 10ft length is more than ample for a bracelet, so these make great starter packets. I don’t like plastic clasps so for me these sets are preferable to the kits with buckles.

Very nice quality and pre-cut for convenience I bought this to give out as prizes at my prepper group meeting. The paracord was already cut into 10-foot lenghts (which was very handy for me) so I looped each length several times and tied into a simple knot for easy transport and handing out. The blue colors are vivid and very pretty. I’m going to suggest the cords be kept in each family’s 72-hour kit (aka grab and go kit for emergency evacuation situations). These cords can be used for all sorts of things in an emergency situation.

Colors Aren’t as Depicted My son ordered these to make paracord key chains. He was frustrated that the colors shown don’t exactly match how they look in person. The actual colors are more neon than depicted–so what you really get is hot pink and orange instead of what looks like red and coral-ish.
