With its luminosity of 750 lumens, the NAO + is the ultimate for technically demanding sporting activities in the dark! The intelligent, programmable headlamp is characterized by the performance. Thanks to the mobile app MyPetzl Light, the sportsman can use a smartphone or tablet to check the remaining luminous time in real time and adjust the performance of his headlamp. To do this, you only have to download the predefined profiles or create your own user-specific profiles. During the activity, the NAO + measures the brightness of the surroundings with the help of the REACTIVE LIGHTING technology and immediately adapts the luminosity to the requirements of the athlete. Thanks to the optimized energy consumption and the minimized manual intervention, the athlete can concentrate on his activity!

9 months and still going. I’ve had this head lamp for 9 months. I use this light 6 days a week. 8 to 10 hours a day. It is constantly on my head.. I swap through four batteries keeping them all on a charger. I must have gone through 20 to 30 different types of headlamps trying to find one that doesn’t break, chew through batteries, or is comfortable. Way better than regular NAO. The NAO+ is totally worth it. I purchased this for my Girlfriend and I didn’t love having her borrow mine when camping…lol. I have the older version of this unit (regular NAO), which I absolutely love. This one is WAY better though. The back lights up either solid red, off, or blinking. That is a nice feature when mountain biking or hiking. Given that it is red…it doesn’t ruin the night vision of the person behind you either. Expensive… but well worth it! I wanted to put some miles on this headlamp before I made any judgement or reviews. I’m an ultra distance trail runner and I have been using Petzl Headlamps for almost 20 years now. However, the price of this lamp, and its “proprietary” battery really kept me from pulling the trigger on the purchase.
