still good, but definitely melty 20 hours of cold is nonsense. I packed this full of frozen meat, frozen drink pouches etc. and kept it in the back seat of the car. 10 hours later, everything was starting to melt. Not warm or spoiled, still good, but definitely melty. Then used it to hold ice at a cook-out – is was o.k. and didn’t leak. But the insulation is thin. Also I’ve done oragami, and I’m pretty good at directions, but still have not been able to fold the darn thing back up for storage. Hope I can return it.

Keeps items cold for 3 to 6 hours, not 36. Bag is sturdy and appears to be well made. IT DOES NOT KEEP CONTENTS COLD FOR 36 HOURS AS STATED! We used the bag on a trip. We packed frozen bottles with a few cold water bottles. We had the bag in our air-conditioned car for 6 hours (one 5-minute stop in shade) and then transferred the bag to an air conditioned room. The frozen bottles were mostly thawed later that day. My $6 bags that keep items cold for 3 hours work as well if not better. I feel the bags are overpriced for the…
