The Best Post-Knee-Surgery Ice Pack! I suffered a fractured knee that required subsequent surgery this summer and have tried many different ice packs. This is by far the best! The design goes around the entire knee – front, back, left, and right – to ice it all at once instead of 180 degrees at a time. Also, this “ice pack” is actually a flexible lattice of small ice pockets, meaning that it is flexible right out of the freezer. Everything you want in an ice pack–the wrapping feature is fantastic! I love this ice pack because it fits all around my knee, it’s easy on-and-off, and easy to clean. My friend has one, too, but hers is the regular (medium?) size and it doesn’t wrap entirely around my knee. Her straps wrap all around, but the ice packs do not.
