1.Put the cell phone in the phone radiator with clap①to grasp.
2.The power bank and fan is on when press the power button④one time, and the fan will off when press the power button one more time. The fan is off and the power bank is on when press the power button for 2 times continuously.
3.Rotate the fan speed controller to change the cooling effect.

This product is decent. I really don’t have anything … This product is decent. I really don’t have anything else to say but one major disadvantage. The gooseneck can wear down overtime, and I can’t find a replacement for it due to my “lack of product knowledge.”
Great product. Very well made, the only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because the instructions were only in chinese. The fan speed is even adjustable, all in all it was more than I was expecting to get.Edit: realized the instructions were on the reverse of the folded page.What an airhead, right?Also, the silicone pads are very sticky and highly customizable, none of mine have fallen off and I have moved all but 2 from their original places.
Company was very responsive regarding item Arrived with charging port broken. The socket is loose and rattling around inside.Poor quality. Sending back. UPDATE: The company reimbursed my money and sent me a new portable cell phone cooler. I have not tried plugging anything into it yet, but nothing is rattling around inside so that is a good sign.
