“This is perfect for us. We go camping all the time and it’s quite a trek to the beach from the campsite. Having this little compact beach blanket is so nice. It was very easy to fold back up to fit back in the pouch. I just put some sand in the corners to weigh it down. Very good product and I would definitely recommend it.”

Technically speaking it’s a tarp not a blanket. But personally I don’t care that it’s a tarp. It’s a neat little package for any situation requiring a waterproof sheet. Beaches, picnics, campsites, backpack cover in rain. I wouldn’t use it as a rain fly – it’s not rated for that. But as a wrap in downpour it’s perfect.
Handiest camping tool! I LOVE this blanket! Not only does it have so many features, but it lives up to its claims of being puncture resistant. My cat decided to make it his play mat as soon as I unrolled it for the first time and when I took it back up, there wasn’t a single puncture mark from his claws! On top of that, the corner pockets and tie downs make it perfect for using outdoors and the water proof pouch makes me feel safe in leaving my phone out. The best part is the hidden rain hood turns it into a poncho…
I Love the Monkey Bought this and put it in my beach bag, but yesterday I thought to take it to my daughter’s soccer game – hot and humid day with threat of thunderstorms. It is so portable – just put it in my small backpack with wallet, phone, etc. It provided a nice barrier between us and the damp grass (from rain the night before.)
