I like the strainer lids Quality pots, though a tad expensive. I like the strainer lids. The frying pan handle comes off, and I use it a lot as a plate.
not friendly to anything but liquid True, it is lightweight and packs nicely in a nested fashion, but i wouldn’t recommend cooking anything but liquid in any of them. i understand that it is not supposed to be nonstick, but there is no amount of oil or butter or grease that will prevent things from caking and burning on. i coudln’t even scrape potatoes loose that i basically deep fried in bacon grease (even the bacon stuck to the pan!). if you just want to make sauces and boil water, this is great, but i’m really disappointed…
3l lid inside fry pan Great set. Not cheap and flimsy like most. Not recommended for long hikes, but great for camping. Wish the lids doubled as plates. And wish the 3l pan lid fit the fry pan too.
