The design is convenient to use. This sharpener has been a great relief . It has helped me sharpen my knife set and scissors which were blunt and useless for so long but now I can use them all. Since it is multi-purpose use, I donât have to invest in multiple items. The design is convenient to use.
Excellent value and good sharpening For $36 I have to give this 5 stars. When I received this I spent the evening resharpening a number of knives, from Cheap to expensive kitchen knives that had gotten pretty neglected. I had to put a new bevel on some the kitchen knives and the 320 grit worked great to slowly bring in the bevel. I even dug out an old cleaver and used the 120. This sharpener performed perfectly on all the knives. I may add some finer grit Edge Pro stones down the road for taking some of the knives the extra mile,…
Is it perfect? No. Is it $35? yes. What do you want it’s 35 bucks. You’re not going to get a precision machine with super tight tolerances for this price. I normally sharpen free hand and I’m pretty good at it. Sharpening free hand take paying attention 100% of the time. Sometimes I want to veg out while sharpening. With this thing I can watch videos on my tablet while sharpening. It is absolutely adequate for sharpening. After going to 1500 I do a few passes free hand to make sure it’s demurred then I strop it for a minute or 2…
