2 out of 3 so far have failed. 1st of the 4 worked ok. The second one when opened had a crack in it and leaked clay all over the water tank. The third one, even after several reloads and vigorous shaking, doesn’t let more than half the water into the lower tank. So overall, 2 out of the 3 I’ve loaded have been bad or non-usable. Beware of knock-offs! Be careful if you order from one of the 3rd party sellers. I received a KAZ version of this filter, in a box that says PUR and says it fits all PUR filters, but it’s PUR without the long vowel mark over the U that the true product has. It doesn’t fit my pitcher. It doesn’t create a tight enough seal, so the water leaks into the pitcher around the edges, without going through the filter.
