I would not recommend this item as a beach towel or blanket I bought this with the intention of using as a tablecloth and it is fabulous for that purpose. I would not recommend this item as a beach towel or blanket. It is thin and unabsorbant cotton.I washed in cold water on gentle cycle and air dried. Did not shrink or fade.
MUST have! Weird smell but it washed out in the laundry machine. I took this to Mexico and it was super cute. Multiple ppl can sit on it and it doubles as a super bohemian beach skirt if you fold it in half and tie it around your waist. Got tons of compliments 🙂
