Great for Kitchen, Not just for Outdoors For filleting smaller fish like mackerel, I was looking for a shorter blade fillet knife that still had some flexibility to it, and was solid quality — this Rada R210 fit the bill perfectly. Would consider the Rada R200 more of an all-around fillet knife, but this one is indeed perfect for smaller torpedo-shaped fish like mackerel.Sheath is great for outdoors, but this knife is also perfect for home kitchen use. Every bit comparable in quality to my Swiss Wenger fillet knives…

The perfect fillet knife for the freshwater angler!!! I’ll start off by saying that I’ve probably filleted at least 10,000 fish in my life (mostly smaller freshwater fish like bluegills, crappies, perch, walleye, etc.)This is an excellent fillet knife, especially for this price. I can’t speak to its longevity, for I’ve only cleaned about 50 fish with it thus far. Hopefully the edge holds up for a long time, because I love everything about this knife. The scabbard is actually quite nice. I think it’s essential for a fillet…
