Eh Well for the moment it gets 1 star I ordered it last week put it in my truck this morning and nothing really happens I have no squelch pretty much no sound the needle on the meter doesn’t move when I key but if I talk I can hear the talk back but can’t hear anyone else talk either. Been running the black mic just like it for years never any problems. So Im returning this one and getting another one.
Great mic Perfect backup mic, or primary. Iâm partial to my old RK56 but this mic is just as clear. Iâm getting used to the button, after a week, but at first I hated it. Spring is nowhere as stiff as my 56, but again, Iâm getting used to it.
Awesome Mic I have had many astatic and different brands of mics over my 25 years of driving and this mic is by far the best one I’ve ever had. Constantly get compliments on how I sound and it’s nice and heavy and sturdy feeling so it doesn’t feel like Chinese junk. I would definitely recommend this dealer and I will be doing business with them again.
