How to use this sleeping pad?
1. Take out the pad and open the valve, it will auto-inflate.
2. Closing the valve to prevent the air from rushing back out once you lay on it.

How to pack up this folding sleeping mats for adults?
1. Open the valve. Roll the pad up quickly. You can kneel on the pad as you rolling it.
2. Close the valve. Unroll the sleeping pad to its full length again.
3. Repeat this action again.
4. Open the air valve and continue to roll up the pad.
5. Screw tighten the valve and hitch the pad.
6. Fit it right in your stuffed sack.

it’s of very good quality and you can even sleep on this when … it’s of very good quality and you can even sleep on this when you put this on the hard wood floor without worrying about the floor being too hard. I can lay flat without a problem.

Nice to set up & use. Tough to put away While not like being home in bed, it’s pretty decent padding and added a lot to my comfort. My only criticism had to do with the effort required to pack it back up. In spite of thorough job deflating the pad, it was still very hard to get it back in the storage bag & in fact the seam of bag did rip a bit, so I had to sew it back together

I have a pillow top mattress that has a sagging … I have a pillow top mattress that has a sagging “trough” where I sleep. I slipped this air mattress under my sheet and into the trough for extra support. it worked. Woke up this morning with less back ache than without the air mattress. I may want to get a thicker air mattress.
