Relief Pak English Ice Cap is made of heavy-duty waterproof, rubberized fabric that keeps the ice cap cold and dry. Ice cap features an easy to fill large opening with plastic cap to keep ice secure and melt water inside the bag.
Use this product after an injury to reduce swelling and decrease pain. Relieve pain and discomfort from bruises, muscle aches, swelling, headaches and more. Ice decreases blood flow to the injured tissue and reduces inflammation. Cold therapy generally works best when used for 20-30 minutes every 3-4 hours or until swelling goes away. Simply fill the ice cap with ice, close lid and apply to the desired location. Conveniently available in 6″, 9″, and 11″ diameter sizes. This is AMAZING! I don’t know what I ever did without this! This ice pack is AWESOME!!! My Daughter is going through the age where she feels she need an ice pack for everything!!!! I usually use the “boo boo pack” or something similar but they are either left out and not frozen when I need them. They slip into the couch, or lost in her play room. My Neighbor took one of these in a similar brand out for her Son as he is the same age and I immediately had to have one.
Easy to fill from dispenser, doesn’t leak, perfect size for little scraped knees I have been looking for an ice bag like this for a while. We had been using a bag of lentils stored in the freezer (that works surprisingly well!), but it broke open and that’s a mess you don’t want to have to clean up. The Relief Pak is not too big, about 9″ across when empty and flattened out, and easy to fill with ice from the dispenser. It doesn’t leak and is cuter than pictured on the box. Great ice bag, maybe a little smaller than you think though Great little ice bag. Very convenient for icing injuries or boo boos for the kids. Bag gets very cold, almost as cold as using a plain plastic ziploc bag but it does not sweat like a plastic bag would. The ice in the bag also stays in pieces and doesn’t form into a huge ice ball which is a plus. I recently had surgery on my shoulder and got this to use and it works as expected.
