Very good sound, very little background noise during transmission Very good sound, very little background noise during transmission. The radios are well made with good materials. The Talkabout radios claim to have 35 mile range but in real-life situation in a suburban neighborhood, with 1 and 2 story houses in between, they can not go beyond half a mile. I was able to transmit 2.5+ miles in these RT-6S without any issues. You can use them with MSC-20B or MSC-20D nylon radio cases to carry the radio close to the body.
Plugs not included The walkie-talkies work great, however there is a usb cord that goes from the base to the plug, however the plug is not included. The directions have the plug in it and tells you to connect it but it wasn’t in any of the 10 boxes. Nowhere in the description does it say that the plugs are not included.
