After help from customer service, would recommend! After an initial problem with one cutting out, customer service reached out to me and was very responsive to my concerns. They sent me a replacement at no cost and now they work great. No issues at all. Kids absolutely love them. Great Walkies!! Bought this for both myself and my five year old. I had previously picked him up some cheaper made walkies from Toys R Us. They were pretty quick to break. After researching products I found these. They are durable and made for kids. In the months we have had them he has dropped them, banged them (running around) and even gotten them slightly wetâ¦..but they are still going strong. I am using rechargeable batteries for them right now since they seem to drain the batteries fairly fast.
