Perfect size for discreetness As a breastfeeding gal I tend to get plugged ducts more often then I care for. At home, I prefer a warm wet disposable diaper on my breast, but when I’m the go I nuke one of these for 15 seconds and wet a paper towel with warm water. I first place the wet paper towel on the affected area and then the warm pack. I carry one in my purse and keep one at work.
