Great cooler, cheap shoulder strap. I absolutely love the cooler. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because the shoulder strap only lasted 2 times before it broke. The carabiner that connects the shoulder strap to the sides of the cooler is made of cheap plastic. I put 15 pack of 16oz twist off coors lights and a small bag of ice. I was able to walk 5 steps before the weight just snapped the carabiner and my cooler fell to the ground. I contacted rtic and they said they would send me a new strap but i am convinced…
Great Product Great cooler! Bought this for my boyfriend and we took it to the beach for 6+ hours at over 90 degree temps, left it in direct sun and had in the hot car during dinner and it was able to keep ice all that time. I highly recommend this product.
Great Cooler My Husband and I purchased the RTIC 30 Soft Pack cooler shortly after the new models were available. We live in Texas and frequently use both the hard cases and soft packs with friends while at the coast, going fishing, at the pool, or really any outdoor activity in the extreme heat.
