The channels are in the FRS band. There is … The channels are in the FRS band. There is a very loud squelch noise when the incoming signal stops. I find this very objectionable. Walkie talkies using the same frequencies do not have this severe noise after receiving a transmission. I am returning those I purchased for a refund.
Five Stars range is great!
They are great So far they are great. Of course had to charge handsets but intercoms worked right out of the box. The instructions were simple and they worked exactly how they said they would. So far I am extremely pleased. I did get an extended warranty because I actually ordered six intercoms and two hand helds and everyone recommended it. It was only a few bucks and they will take care of any issue. I did a lotâ of research and I’m happy with my selection. I am just a regular customer. I didn’t get…
