and whistle are very nice for the price The item is heavy for its size. The thermometer is 20 degrees warmer than what my phone and weather station state. I will be watching this for several days so I know if it’s always going to be so far off. It comes with a flint n striker. Cheap price and quality. This is okay for an emergency kit, I wouldn’t want to depend on it for any wilderness camping for a few days. The flint and steel striker fell apart out the box with the flint coming out of the holder, but went back in okay. I had to scrap off paint on both the flint and steel striker to get any spark, but it works better with a small knife. As is, it would be difficult to start a fire.
