The new eVAC Dry Sack is a slimmed down version of our award winning eVENT Compression Dry Sack. We use waterproof, air permeable eVENT fabric on the base for valve-free air expelling, allowing compact packing. Instead of straps for compression, you just roll the sack down and air is pushed out of the base. Then close the buckle and you’ve just saved space and weight. The sack is oval-shaped, rather than round so they resist rolling when laid on their side.

Great all-around use bag!! Best dry sack I’ve used so far I have both the 8L and the 13L, and they’re both great! They’ve gone on two trips with me so far – 2 weeks of boating/snorkeling in tropical Philippines, and 1 week of camping & rafting in the dry Grand Canyon.

Great for inside other packs, cycling, or sea kayaking I have several of these in 13L & 20L. These are great for backpacking, cycling, or sea kayaking. Unlike coated and rubberized sacks these are very light weight, flexible, and easily compress into other bags or packs. I would not purchase if looking for something to throw loose into the bottom of a boat or canoe etc… They simply are not durable or waterproof enough for that type of use.

Works For Me So far, so good. I use this for my sleeping bag while backpacking. I do need it to compress down to fit in my pack and this bags works. It replaces a more expensive dry sack that failed after about 30 cycles of stuffing and unstuffing. It’s the same size, but I find this easier to stuff for some reason. I’m hoping this sack will last longer.
