The X-Plate is a generous diameter plate made of a rigid, high temperature resistant nylon base bonded to a flexible, food grade silicone lip. The upper gives you something to scoop against and the cut-resistant nylon base allows it to double as a cutting board.

These are our favorite camping dishes These are our favorite camping dishes. We have a set for every member of the family. The bottoms are sturdy and can be used as a cutting board. They collapse well to save room.
Nice plate, but expensive I love this plate.But the price….I haven’t used it for camping. But it gets plenty of use at home and at work (yes, at work, our cafeteria only uses styrofoam containers for take out. I just can’t abide.) It’s served me well. The collapsible sides make it easy to slip into my bag. It cleans fairly easily, the creases in the collapsible portion mean you can’t just rinse it, but we’re still only talking a couple minutes to clean it off.And it’s sturdy. What the…
Nice idea, but… …whatever your food smells like at your last meal, be prepared to smell it again. I have tried washing these over and over again, but the smell of the Backpacker’s Pantry Pad Thai will not come out. After eating Louisiana Red Beans and Rice out of the same bowl, the smell got worse. All of the collapsible bowls and mugs from Sea to Summit retain the odors… coffee, noodle soup, hot chocolate, etc. Everything we made smelled terrible because of the retention of odors.These had…
