The strobe comes on last. As an electricians assistant, sometimes you just have to hold the light for the other guy. I was happy to see that there was a dimmer light option on the second click as the guy I worked with was basically inside a metal box working on wire that shouldn’t be hot. Tremendous Value for Such a High Quality Headlamp! You simply can’t beat this for the price. I have another unit purchased here on Amazon that cost me $85. This one certainly compares and at a substantially lower price. it fits comfortably and puts out a tremendous amount of light. If you’re thinking about it, just buy it. You won’t be sorry.
Would not recommend Definitely not 2000 lumens…. probably about 60-70 lumens is my guess, compared to other name brand lights I own that *legitimately* advertise the amount of lumens. Definitely not as bright as my Coast 100 lumen head lamp. The batteries it comes with are crap and stopped working almost immediately.
