If you are worried about quality, dont be Just got back from my first trip with this wonderful tool. Versatility is definately what makes this thing good. Hammer tent stakes, chop branches, shave bark. Whatever, this thing can handle it. I was skeptical about the handle due to similar styles breaking constantly, this thing took a beating and kept on hacking. Only complaint is the case for it. The hole the handle slides through is really tight, and if you do a paracord wrap like I did, it is almost useless. Managed to clip it shut…

Great Tomahawk style axe! I love this axe! I wanted something compact and easy to carry on the trail when day hiking or backpacking. Nothing too heavy but capable of real work and this is it. The axe came out of the box super sharp and ready to go, and the hammer head is just the right size. I also like the oval profile handle because it doesn’t want to rotate in your hands like round handled tomahawks, and the grip cuts are in the right spots for full swings and short chops. The sheath is ok but the belt loop is too…
