Well made. Not cheap plastic junk. The compass seems pretty heave duty. No worries about throwing it in a bag, glove box or tackle box. It’s liquid filled and has glow in the dark N.S.E.W. markings. There are much cheaper and much more expensive compasses, But I am very happy with this one.

Well worth the cost. Well worth the extra money. Do not waist your time on cheaper plastic models get this if your are looking for a Lensatic 360 Compass. This is very rugged and can take a beating. Very Accurate. Go on you tube and watch some of the videos out there on proper use and enjoy. You can save a lot of money learning to use it instead on paying hundreds for a GPS Device.

It doesent have a ruler built in like the military issue This is nicer than my similar us military issue compass that I have carried for 20 years. It is slightly more compact, and very durable in construction. It doesent have a ruler built in like the military issue, but it works better, if you need a basic lensatic compass, this is really what you want. Works great, well made.
