very good. A great knife at a great price. I really like the hard plastic sheath which can clip quickly to whatever belt or bag strap you need it on and provide easy one handed access to the knife while keeping it secured. The blade is very sharp out the box and has been keeping an edge despite the abuses I have been putting it through since I bought it.
