Meh. It’s a pillow, sort of. This thing is tiny, which for a hiking/camping pillow is not a bad thing, but this one gives zero support or insulation. It’s too narrow to support your head and neck, and so thin that after a few seconds you might as well be laying on the ground. If you are looking for the bare minimum this is probably ok, but frankly a rolled up shirt would give more support and probably insulate better. I won’t return it because I used it, but I won’t be using it for anything ever…
