The Rolls Royce of axes… The Rolls Royce of axes. Be VERY careful, these things are RAZOR sharp. I’ve never had an axe that was this sharp, I figured something as thick as a axe head couldn’t be sharped like a filet knife but I was wrong. This thing can literally shave the hairs off your arm when new. I’ve used it a couple camping trips and it’s the perfect size. Big enough to chop through decent size branches/trunks yet small enough to do relatively fine work (don’t get me wrong, I still carry a blade…a TOPS BOB…
Not genuine. Buyer beware it does not have the official company seal … It does not have the official company seal or smiths initials like a genuine Gransfors Bruks axe. For this price I’d expect the Real McCoy, this is either an imposter or Gansfors Bruks quality control has drastically gone down hill.
“Buy the best and you won’t be disappointed.” My dad always said that and it’s true. I have any imaginable model of hatchet and axe. Every name brand you’ve ever heard of some you haven’t. Wihtout any qualification, these Gransfor Bruks are the best. They are sharper than the factory edge on most knives out of the box, life time warranty that they abide by no questions asked. I had to return one because I didn’t like the grain in the handle. New one at my door a week later. Been using my first GB for 10 years now, I think it has actually…
