Good Material and tough metal zipper I’m giving these bags 5 stars even though I don’t think they’re waterproof, I held em against the light and you should see very small holes in the material, now idk if the description is supposed to say water resistant or actual waterproof but either way they’ll do the job I need em to very well, they’re spacious and I have 1 for each backpack I have. The zipper is heavy duty and metal. These are gonna be great for saving space and keeping things organized.
OK Bag, But I Think You Can Do Better There is an odd smell that I can only describe as a chemical smell when I opened the package. I left it out for 9 days now and there is still a faint smell there. The bags themselves are OK, the material isn’t as thick as I would have liked it. I have a Husky version of this type of bag which is a little more expensive but the material and feel of the bag would be more in line with what I expected from this purchase. Cheaply Made with False/Misleading Advertising These bags are cheaply made, even for the relatively modest price of $4.50. The cut material next to the zipper on the inside frays and gets caught in the zipper, so you have to pull and trim loose threads with scissors. I also would not describe them as “Heavy Duty,” but as medium duty at best. The cotton canvas weight is not “Heavy,” and although I have not completely submerged mine, it is clearly not “Waterproof,” either. I just flicked some tap water onto it with my…
