Comfortable, perfect size, and good with a Boy Scout uniform, too! Nice, comfortable socks that stay up. They go well with my Scout (BSA) uniform pants. they’re not really LIGHT; try the smartwool ultra-lights instead these are NOT really light. they’re thick and since i was looking for a cool-wearing summer hiking sock i sent them back. otoh the smartwool ultra-light crew sock was the best summer sock i found, preferable to the wigwam or the darn tough.
Great socks for feet that sweat profusely. These are excellent socks if your feet sweat a lot and you are on them for twelve hours a day. I used to use cotton socks and found it hard to justify buying such expensive wool socks but it was a good purchase.I work on an oil rig outside year round on my feet.
