Strong, thick, warm sock Pros:This sock is super warm and breathable. Feels soft and sturdy. Quality is on par with what you might expect of a sock in this price range.Cons:The descriptor says “ultra light mini sock”, but I wouldn’t classify them as ultra light. For being wool socks, maybe they’re light, but they are more sturdy hiking socks than ultra light hiking socks.
Much too big I wanted to love these. But after a 4-mile hike in these, I’m really unimpressed. I ordered the medium, but, after washing, they are quite a bit too large for my size 7.5 feet. They are too big in the toe area and are close to an inch too long. It made the hike much more uncomfortable than last week’s hike, which I did in cotton socks.
Cozy 🙂 Pretty periwinkle color. (The look more blue in the photos, especially the first one.. They are a nice light bluish-almost lilac color really) Love the extra little bit of padding in the bottom 🙂 Slightly snug around the top, but I have bigger ankles, so that’s pretty typical for me.
