Highly recommend and suggest Made in Smyrna, Maine, U.S.A by Amish craftsmen. High-qaulity, American steel and hickory. Highly recommend and suggest!!!
Good quality ax head but needs sharpened Good quality ax head but needs sharpened . The handle wasn’t as ðgood quality as the head. Worth the price and happy with the purchase.
Equal to Gransfors but cheaper Great deal. The head comes coated with a clear substance so you need to remove it from the edge in order for it to be sharp. Grain orientation was horrible. It has an aluminum wedge instead of a traditional wood wedge. It is worth the money. The steel is heat treated lower in terms of HC so it doesn’t chip like my Gransfors or my Wetterlings. Sharpening is easy with a round stone.
