The original SOG Voodoo Hawk was designed as a combination of our tactical Tomahawk and Fast Hawk. This Voodoo Hawk Mini is smaller and lighter while featuring the same components; an extended cutting head, spike for piercing applications, compact glass-reinforced nylon handle, and metal pommel cap. The Voodoo Hawk Mini has everything the Voodoo Hawk has but in a smaller, compact form making it great for outdoor travelers like backpackers, hikers, hunters, or paddlers. The durable glass-reinforced nylon handle can take a beating while still remaining strong. Great tool for anything you can throw at it. Includes Nylon carry sheath.

Great For The Mountains Great camping utility. I’ve cut a ridiculous amount of dead trees for firewood on my past few trips with this thing, and it is rock solid. Big +1.
Horrible case ! The tool itself seems OK but I got one snap from sheath and then it broke .. sog has really fallen in quality this is the last sog item I will buy.. now I have to get a new sheath made ..Update this is the sheath I had custom made .. sog should have supplied something like this and just raise the price ! Nobody wants a great weapon or tool with a crap sheath !! Had my local leather work store make it .. told him what I wanted and 2 more weeks and can finally use this !
Good blend of tactical and tool use I purchased this to be a backup emergency tool in my truck and for occasional use camping, hiking, etc. For the price it’s a fantastic tool. It’s relatively sharp right out of the box, is balanced well, and seems to be well made. I didn’t see any tooling marks or other manufacturing defects evident – everything was locked tight.
