extremely hard to assemble! This is absolutely the most difficult cot to assemble! Got it for Fathers day and will have to send it back. I am afraid I will break the cross bar or won’t be able to get it apart if I do get it put together? I can’t see me struggling with this every night on a river trip! Not really good assembly instructions either?
Fantastic Value! Impressed! Lightweight, easy to put together, comfortable to lay down on, supports me very well (I’m 173lbs), compact enough for canoeing/kayaking and car camping, and small enough to fit in motorcycle/bicycle paniers.
Super Light, Wide Cot This cot is light enough for long distance back packing when you’re old enough to need a soft place to lay down. Setup takes about 5 minutes the first time and I’ll probably have it down to under 3 with a little experience. The main benefit of this cot compared to others is the extra 3-4 inches in width. I hate it when I roll over and wake up laying draped over the edge of a cot.
