Does not keep drinks warm. I got an insulated coffee mug (different brand) as a company gift which I use it in the company. I was pretty impressed by the fact it keeps drinks warm up to an hour. So I purchased this product with similar description to keep my coffee warm at home. But this does not retain heat. It keeps the coffee warm for up to 10 minutes, nothing more than that. EXCELLENT cup, hole in lid is not well designed. So far using this at my office instead of a traditional mug. Tired of walking back and forth trying to get warm water or a bit more miles out of the first cup. The insulation properties are top notch and even with the cap off has kept things relatively warm over 45 min.The only bit that’s hard to use is the spout shape is not conducive to sipping hot liquids. Works Way Better than Expected I rarely leave reviews and when I do I admit I can be pretty critical. That being said I was blown away by these cups (I bought one for me and one for my wife).
