Leaky hot water bottle (even with lukewarm water) 1 star for ontime delivery. Missing 4 stars for a faulty product. I promptly unpacked one of the bottles and filled hot water from the faucet. After heat treatment on my shoulder for 30 minutes, I realized that the bottle has two small leaks in the seams already. Even tried leaving flat on the tiled floor and it left a puddle overnight.
Quality product & great customer service These are exactly what you’d expect and hope for. Some of the reviews complain about the smell but rubber always has a little smell – all I did was stick them in the dishwasher and voila! no more smell at all! My package got lost in the mail and the seller sent me a replacement and was so kind about it. I’m very happy 🙂
Lasting warmth We’ve been using these water bottles since arrival – four days, now. I fill with hot tap water, wrap in a towel/cover, and tuck into bed/crate. Twelve hours later, the water is still warm. My fur baby and I snuggled in comfort (he’s in the crate). This is a noticeable difference from my old rubber water bottles which didn’t seem to last long. We have had no problems with leaks. Great purchase. Save money. Live better.
