Almost too bright. Wow! If you’ve researched flashlights in recent years, you’ll see that even Stream has adopted Lumens as the standard of brightness. For many years they used candlepower and for good reason. The shift has been to rate all flashlights in Lumens to make apples to apples comparisons. That’s fine as long as you report actual lumens. Portable spotlight/it’s excellent! This light is great. I own other Streamlight flashlights as well. All have a lifetime warranty, except for batteries. This is like having a spot light on your duty belt. As an officer working midnights, two things I wish it had. First is the dual switch. Coming from a D/S stinger, I really miss the tail cap switch. Second, I wish the beam was adjustable. It is extremely bright and illumines excellent, but there are times when an officer wants to narrow that beam to a pinpoint. However, overall,…
