There is no customer support no one to help you.I found the instructions difficult to understand. I got SIM Card FROM T-Mobile. You buy card then you pay $20 a month for a phone line. I can only get this to work by texting a code and it gives me location of car. You have to constantly do this to get updates. I guess itâs a cheap way of tracking if you donât mind the hassle.
