Probably not the best stuff for serious hikers but great for beginners like … This backpack is very light and fits a everything I need for a day hike, snacks, lunch, drinks and first aid supplies. I am not an expert in hiking gear but I would say if you need a cheap backpack that can hold your stuff for a day, this one does the job. I don’t know whether is waterproof but I wouldn’t expect it to be. Probably not the best stuff for serious hikers but great for beginners like me. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great, lightweight pack for dayhiking I tested out the bag on a small hike and it was wonderful! It was very lightweight even though I was carrying multiple water bottles. The weight distribution seems very good. There’s a good pouch on the inside for putting credit cards and keys. There’s also an inner pocket that allows you to separate items some.
