These have made my feet very happy I was a bit skeptical that these were worth the price, but these have been wonderful. I’ve had issues with foot pain, and shin splints and knee pain with hiking, so I bought these to try with my 3 year-old Oboz boots.On my first hike, I went 12 miles on moderate hills, and I wasn’t dying to pull these off at the end. They’re good, but I wanted more. I can’t fault these inserts as they are exactly as described. I’ve had the regular “green” superfeet inserts before and these do seem to absorb more shock in the heel and ball of my foot than the old ones did. They were definitely an upgrade from the worn out inserts that they replaced. However, I don’t think they’re quite enough.
